Position Overview

Friendly and organized front desk professional to serve as the first point of contact for tenants, vendors, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries from tenants and property owners
  • Schedule appointments and property viewings
  • Process rental applications and maintain tenant files
  • Handle incoming mail and coordinate maintenance requests
  • Provide excellent customer service and administrative support
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail
