General Responsibilities:
Duties are tailored to the operational needs of the CCAMPIS program; therefore, roles and responsibilities may vary.
Examples of Duties
Job Functions:
- Answer phones and greet students and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Collect and process CCAMPIS childcare applications.
- Prepare program-related communications, including memos, emails, invoices, and reports.
- Review students' academic progress at the end of each semester to ensure program compliance.
- Create and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for CCAMPIS participants.
- Manage and perform basic bookkeeping functions.
- Perform data entry and analyze data using Excel spreadsheets.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Review CCAMPIS applications each semester to verify eligibility, including Pell Grant status, enrollment hours, and overall GPA.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Associate Degree with one (1) year clerical experience. Must have a working knowledge in the use of Excel.

Anticipated Work Hours:
Twenty-Five hours per week; days and times may vary.
