What You’ll DoManage high-volume inbound customer and caregiver relations calls.
Accurately document call details and coordinating with appropriate team members to ensure timely and effective follow-up
Receive and review timesheets and care logs for compliance and accuracy
Maintain organized, audit-ready filing systems
Track missing documentation and follow up proactively
Support payroll and compliance teams with accurate records
