Position: Clerical Associate - Operator - FT - Orthopedics - Florence
McLeod Health - 101 South William H. Johnson Street - Responsibilities:
Handles all incoming communications and insures reliable, consistent coverage for phones.;
Coordinates and schedules all appointments whether in the office or hospital surgery center if applicable.;
Coordinates and manages the expectations of all same day appointments.;
Proficient in identifying copays and previous balances; collects payments at time of services rendered.;
Writes and updates patient registries in EPIC; maintains confidentiality and supports team members with administrative duties.
