Administrative Assistant (In-Office)

Florence, SC
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Olsten Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a busy office environment.
This position requires strong, hands‑on experience with Microsoft Excel and advanced computer skills.
- Perform general administrative duties
- Heavy data entry and document management
- Work extensively in Microsoft Excel on a daily basis
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Support daily office operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Comfortable navigating computer systems with little to no instruction
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional, reliable, and self‑motivated
Assessment Requirement: Qualified candidates will be required to complete and pass Skille assessments prior to being submitted to the client.
PreferredSkills:
- Experience using Excel for formatting, data organization, and basic formulas
- Prior administrative or office support experience
Additional Notes: This role is best suited for someone who is highly computer savvy and confident performing tasks such as copy/paste, formatting, and file management without training. The ideal candidate can quickly pick up systems and work independently.
