Front Desk / Switchboard Operator
Olsten Staffing is currently hiring for a Front Desk / Switchboard Operator position at a busy Pediatric Office in Florence, SC!
Pay: $13.00/hour
Paid Weekly
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Hours:
8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
Half Day Fridays:
Off at 12:00 PM
- Answer and route incoming calls through a multi-line switchboard
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and provide general office support
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Assist with administrative and customer service duties
- Previous Call Center Experience Required
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
