Residence Life Coordinator

Under the general supervision of the Vice President for Student Affairs, the Housing & Residence Life Coordinator supports the daily administration and operation of the College's residential housing program. The position is responsible for coordinating housing operations, maximizing occupancy, enhancing the residential student experience, and supporting student success and retention through quality service, effective communication, and collaboration with campus partners.

• Coordinates day-to-day operations of the housing and residence life program. Manages housing assignments, room changes, occupancy records, and room utilization. Coordinates residence hall opening, closing, and student check-in/check-out processes. Responds to student and parent inquiries regarding housing. Conducts room inspections and coordinates maintenance needs with Facilities.
• Develops and implements residence hall programming that promotes student engagement and community. Supports initiatives that enhance residential experience and contributes to student retention.
• Ensures compliance with College housing policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with Campus Safety on housing-related matters and emergency response. Recruits, trains, schedules, and supports Resident Assistants.
• Maintains housing records and prepares operational reports.

Bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs. PREFERRED:
One to three years of experience in housing, residence life, student affairs, or a related field.

Valid driver's license required. Must be able to move up to 25 pounds.
