Job DescriptionGeneral Responsibilities:
- Provides essential office functions to include: answering of telephones; replying to emails and main office voicemails.
- Provide front-line customer service.
- Assists with No Show and Drop/Add processes.
- Assists with President and Dean's List processing/mailing.
- Monitors office supplies and makes requests for replenishing.
- Assist with other related specified duties and projects (i.e., President and Dean's List Certificates) as assigned by Registrar's staff members.
- Assists with Input of transcripts for transfer credit.
- Monitors Registrar's box in Outlook and disseminate requests
Minimum Requirements:
HS Diploma required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; be able to work well with others, in groups/teams; be adaptable; have excellent time management skills; attention to detail; excellent computer skills i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook. Preferred Requirements:
Associate degree preferred.
Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm;
Friday, 8:00 am - 11:30 am
