Job SummaryPerforms duties in planning, directing and coordinating secretarial and administration functions of department. Handles independently a wide variety of clerical and administrative functions.
Essential FunctionsAll team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Prisma Health's purpose:

Serve with the difference.Performs administrative secretarial responsibilities required to maintain effective function of the department.
Responsible for department specific projects as assigned. (i.e. special events, mass mailings, policy manual update, training, etc.)
Coordinates department schedule and/or calendar.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education
- High School diploma or equivalent OR post high school diploma / highest degree earnedExperience
