• Diagnose, service, and repair Harley-Davidson motorcycles
• Perform routine maintenance, warranty work, and complex repairs
• Accurately document work performed using dealership software
• Work closely with service advisors to deliver top-tier customer experiences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair needs and recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Stay current with industry trends, new technologies and HD service updates.

• Proven experience as a Motorcycle Mechanic, with a focus on Harley-Davidson.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle systems, components and repair techniques.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required during repairs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to stay updated on industry advancements and participate in ongoing training.
• Must have your own tools.
• Must be able to push motorcycles
• Must have a clean driving record and be over 21 for insurance purposes.

Farm Themed. The four-story silo is glass-enclosed at its peak, with a handful of motorcycles visible from outside the store and from the nearby expressway. The showroom and service center were designed to replicate a rambling country barn that had been added onto over the years. The showroom has a 4,800-square-foot section dedicated to selling Harley-Davidson® motorcycle memorabilia.
