Job Summary

A growing industrial construction and infrastructure organization is seeking a Safety Manager in Greer, SC. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a safety professional who enjoys building strong programs, partnering with field and operations teams, and creating safer, more compliant job sites.

• Oversee safety programs from project inception through completion, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and schedule expectations.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve job site safety programs to reduce risk and promote occupational health.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify hazards, document findings, and partner with teams to resolve safety concerns.
• Manage workers' compensation claims, including reporting, documentation, follow-up, and resolution support.
• Coordinate and facilitate safety training covering procedures, equipment operation, emergency response, certifications, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate safety, training, and compliance records within the HRIS system.

• Salary range: $75,000 to $100,000 per year.
