At Pyramid, the Preconstruction Manager role is a key leadership position responsible for guiding projects from early concept through final pricing and operational turnover. Preconstruction Managers work closely with clients, design teams, estimating staff, and operations leaders to develop budgets, evaluate risk, identify opportunities, and position projects for successful execution.

As experienced leaders within the preconstruction process, Preconstruction Managers help shape project strategy, support business development efforts, mentor team members, and strengthen client relationships. Continued growth within the role creates opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement into broader departmental and company leadership positions.

• Preconstruction Managers lead estimating, budgeting, procurement strategy, constructability reviews, and project planning efforts that establish the foundation for project success.
• This role serves as a key leadership position within Pyramid’s preconstruction organization and provides the foundation for broader leadership responsibilities.

• Senior Preconstruction Managers oversee larger and more complex pursuits while mentoring team members, leading strategic client engagements, and supporting company growth initiatives.

• At this level, leaders oversee preconstruction operations, estimating standards, staffing, client development, and strategic planning while helping shape the future direction of the department.

• Many of Pyramid's leaders began their careers in operational and preconstruction roles. Through demonstrated leadership, performance, and commitment to our culture, team members may advance into executive leadership positions that influence company strategy, client relationships, operational performance, and long-term growth.
