Family Worship Center in Florence, SC is prayerfully seeking a Full-Time Music Minister / Worship Leader who is called to lead God’s people into authentic, Spirit-empowered worship
. This position is more than music — it is a ministry calling to cultivate an atmosphere where lives are transformed through the presence of God.

As our Full-Time Music Minister
, one will inspire and nurture the next generation of musicians and worshippers. One will leverage technology, creativity, and leadership skills to create a transformative worship experience for our community.

• Provide spiritual leadership to the music and worship ministry
• Lead worship with musical excellence, spiritual authenticity, and passion
• Utilize technology (
  Mac, Pro Presenter, Blackmagic equipment, Planning Center, Multitracks
  ) to craft engaging worship services
• Develop and train youth musicians and singers, unlocking their potential
• Participate fully in church life and engage in various ministry activities, including prayer meetings, special events, youth camps, mission trips, small groups, and hospital visits, and pastoral care opportunities
• Work collaboratively with pastor and ministry teams
• Remain flexible and yielded to the leading of the Holy Spirit

• A clear calling to worship ministry and a lifestyle of personal worship
• A Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in music ministry
• Ability to disciple, train, and spiritually develop musicians and singers
• Familiarity with worship planning tools and church technology. Proficiency in Mac, Pro Presenter, Planning Center
  , and other relevant software
• Strong instrumental and vocal proficiency, with piano preferred (but open to other instruments), and the ability to equip, mentor, and raise up youth musicians for worship leadership
• Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse individuals
• Alignment with the doctrine, mission, and values of Family Worship Center
• Experience leading corporate worship in a Spirit-filled environment
