Role Description

This is a full-time Service Advisor role, based on-site at Five Star Chevy of Florence in the Greater Florence, South Carolina area. The Service Advisor will facilitate exceptional customer service by acting as the primary point of contact for vehicle service inquiries. Responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, communicating effectively with customers about their needs, explaining service processes, and ensuring that their concerns are properly addressed.

The role also involves coordinating with the service team to ensure timely delivery of vehicle services and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and delivering outstanding Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear, professional verbal and written communication
  • Experience with Aftersales services and ability to effectively manage service-related needs
  • Passion for providing high-quality support to customers and building long-term relationships
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Prior automotive service or dealership experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training related to the automotive or customer service industry is a bonus
