Part‑Time Customer Service Representative

Location: Florence, SC

Position Overview

Olsten Staffing is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer‑focused Part‑Time Customer Service Representative to support a growing organization in Florence, SC. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide exceptional service while managing customer inquiries and administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to provide information and resolve concerns
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer information and records
  • Process orders, track requests, and provide status updates as needed
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal team members
  • Assist with scheduling, coordinating customer requests, and managing follow‑up communications
  • Prepare and maintain customer‑related documentation and reports
  • Research and resolve customer issues while ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service, administrative, or office support experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑first mindset
  • Professional, dependable, and able to work independently
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in a customer‑facing role
  • Experience with order processing, account management, or customer support systems
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Benefits

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour

Benefit offerings available for associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401(k) plan. Associates may be eligible for paid leave including paid sick leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as holiday pay where applicable.
