At North American Title Loans, our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) play a vital role in helping customers access the financial assistance they need with honesty, efficiency, and care.

As a CSR, you'll support customers through every step of the loan process-from answering inquiries and evaluating vehicles to managing loan accounts and performing daily communication such as payment reminders and courtesy calls.

• Monday to Friday:
  10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Closed on Sundays!
• 6 Paid Holidays Per Year

• General Requirements:
• Must be able to work full time
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Detail-oriented and organized

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer and data entry skills
