  Monday Thursday

• Patient mix: 60% adults 40% children

• Treatment mix: 70% braces 30% clear aligners

• Payor mix: 75% FFS

Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS

• New grads considered

• Successful completion of an accredited orthodontics program

• Must be comfortable as the solo provider

• Current state license to practice dentistry

• Proof of and ability to maintain malpractice insurance
