Neuro endovascular surgery locums opportunity in South Carolina. Accepts multiple pathways of training and certifications.
Highlights
- Ongoing and consistent opportunity: 2 weeks per month
- Engage in meaningful work with stroke interventions and cerebral aneurysms
Practice Setting
- Primary focus on Thrombectomies and coiling procedures
- State-of-the-art Rapid AI and Siemens System Biplane Room
Schedule
- Onsite Monday 7am to 4/5pm, then on-call; weekend 24-hour call
- Possible clinic follow-ups during each assignment
Cases and Procedures
- Perform emergency interventions and respond to urgent stroke alerts
- Manage a case volume of 100-125 stroke alerts monthly with opportunities for growth
- Experience diverse cases requiring keen neurological expertise
Requirements
- Board Certified/Eligible in Neurological Surgery, Neurology, or Radiology
- Comfortable with independent operations and decision-making
- South Carolina license
