Adjunct Faculty in Early Childhood Education
USC invites applications for part‑time faculty in Early Childhood Education. These appointments are on a course‑by‑course basis.
Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Early Childhood Education.
- Develop and prepare course materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Provide timely grading and feedback to students.
- Engage in academic advising and mentorship of students.
- Adhere to university policy and maintain professional standards.
- Master's degree in a related field with at least 18 graduate credit hours.
- College teaching experience (preferred).
- Strong teaching philosophy and ability to work a flexible schedule to meet department needs.
- Capable of submitting a pre‑employment background check.
Temporary employees expected to work at least 30 hours per week are eligible for health and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, and retirement programs.
