College Lecturer
Trident Technical College in North Charleston, SC invites applications for in-person adjunct positions for the fall and spring semesters. These positions are based at TTC's Thornley Campus for the Spring 27 semester.
Preference may be given to applicants with previous teaching experience and those who are available to teach in-person at other TTC campuses or sites.
These positions require a high school diploma AND five (5) years of current industry experience that includes both conventional and CNC equipment set-up and operations.
- A bachelor's degree in machine tool or industrial technology or a closely related field OR an associate degree in machine tool technology, industrial technology, or a closely related field is preferred.
- Working knowledge and experience in the concepts and theories of conventional and CNC machining, setup and operations, CAD/CAM programming, materials and processes, blueprint reading, and tool design are essential.
- Excellent organizational skills are also essential to manage course and student records and documentation.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
