• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and establish strategic office locations in South Carolina and nearby states
• Lead business development efforts to grow the client base and expand services
• Oversee project budgets, manage project teams, schedules, and staff assignments
• Prepare successful proposals and oversee project selection
• Mentor junior staff on project scopes, budgets, and staffing plans

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• South Carolina Professional Engineer License
• 15+ years of civil site or municipal design experience, including 5+ years as a Project Manager/Business Development Manager
• Strong understanding of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Micro Station capabilities
• Willingness to travel throughout South Carolina

• Experience in site and road design, hydraulic analysis, and sanitary sewer and water main design
• Familiarity with preparing permits and bid book and specification development
• Compassionate and enthusiastic leadership skills
• Detail-oriented and analytically minded
• Effective communicator with the ability to exercise sound judgment
