* ** Olsten Staffing is hiring an Electrical Engineer III
** to join an innovative and hands-on engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who is results-driven and experienced in electrical and embedded systems design.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Design and develop hardware and software for control systems, including HMI devices, power electronics, and electromechanical components

+ Create and maintain testing processes, including lab testing, calculations, and performance evaluations

+ Prepare technical drawings and documentation for manufacturing

+ Lead root cause analysis and troubleshoot electrical and electronic component failures

+ Collaborate with repair teams to improve product quality and reliability

+ Support supply chain efforts, including sourcing, cost reduction, and parts availability

+ Develop upgrade and replacement solutions for obsolete or hard-to-source components

+ Maintain and update spare parts information and documentation

** Required Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

+ Strong experience in embedded hardware, software, and firmware design

+ Knowledge of analog/digital design, power electronics, and communication interfaces (RS422/RS485/CAN)

+

Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, C#, , Assembly, or MATLAB

+ Understanding of communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, USB)

+

Experience with PCBA design and microprocessor-based systems

+ Familiarity with CAD tools such as Altium, Orcad, KiCAD, or Eagle

+ Experience using lab/test equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.)

+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills

** Pay Details:**  $60.15 to $67.67 per hour
