Financial Planner

Oxford Solutions is seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join our client’s growing wealth management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional ready to step into a role with an established book of business and immediately make an impact.

• Manage and expand an existing portfolio of private client relationships
• Provide customized financial planning and investment advice aligned with clients’ goals
• Conduct account reviews and deliver ongoing client support to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Develop comprehensive financial plans covering retirement, education, insurance, and long‑term investment strategies
• Recommend and execute investment strategies including ETFs and individual equities
• Partner with attorneys, accountants, and insurance professionals to deliver holistic financial solutions
• Maintain detailed client records and activity in CRM systems

• Series 65 license or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) required
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, investment advisory, or wealth management
• Proven success managing direct client relationships (50+ households ideal)
• Strong understanding of portfolio management, risk assessment, and investment products
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
