This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Florence, South Carolina. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch in serving a growing customer base, developing loan opportunities for the bank, receiving loan requests from individuals and businesses, underwriting loans according to bank policies, documenting loans in compliance with bank policies and regulations, and servicing loans within the bank’s portfolio.
Specific responsibilities will be defined based on the candidate’s background and experience. The Branch Manager will also be tasked with fostering a positive and productive work environment to accomplish the delivery of excellent customer service.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Customer relationship management and a proven track record of providing excellent service
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to create a positive work environment and motivate staff
- Prior experience in banking or financial services management, demonstrating knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and lending processes, is preferred
