Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist for an exciting contract position in Florence, South Carolina. This is a fantastic opportunity for travel or local PTs to work in a collaborative care setting, helping patients regain independence and mobility while enjoying life in South Carolina.

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll evaluate, treat, and guide patients through individualized rehabilitation plans. Your role will be key to improving quality of life, restoring function, and helping patients achieve personal goals in recovery.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and design patient-specific treatment plans
• Deliver therapy interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education
• Monitor and document progress, modifying care plans as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
• Educate patients and families on home programs and functional improvement

• Active South Carolina PT license (or willing to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year of clinical experience preferred
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
