Driver, Medical ​/ Patient Transport, Healthcare

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Ambulance Driver to join our team. As an Ambulance Driver, you will be responsible for transporting patients to medical facilities in a safe and timely manner. You will work closely with medical professionals to ensure that patients receive the care they need.

• Operate and maintain ambulance vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Transport patients to medical facilities while providing basic life support as needed
• Communicate effectively with medical professionals to ensure patients receive appropriate care
• Maintain accurate records of patient transport and medical care provided
• Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly stocked and maintained
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of patients and staff

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Current certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
• Ability to work well under pressure and in high-stress situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification
• Understanding of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures that apply to ambulance service.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

• Prolonged periods of sitting while driving.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times with or without assistance.
• Must be able to pass DOT physical and background check
