Follow up and resolve medical accounts for institutional and professional encounters to improve reimbursement.;
Review notes and take actions to resolve each encounter in workflow while coordinating with payors.;
Explain payor remittances, professional charge processing, and in/out of network benefits; interpret reimbursement methodologies.;
Maintain HIPAA and corporate compliance; attend departmental team meetings.;
Meet the minimum daily target of 60 encounters per day and manage related correspondence and patient requests.
