Job Details:

• Work 5x8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Handle daily caseload of 4 cases per tech

• On-call required with rotation between two other techs

• Weekend coverage required every third weekend

• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks (guaranteed hours protection)

• 1 year of interventional radiology experience required

• First-time travelers accepted

• General IR experience required, Neuro IR experience preferred

• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (R), SCQRSA

• Must provide own radiation badge (agency responsibility)

• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations

• Perform interventional radiology procedures, interventional CT/US, stress tests, and other radiology-related monitoring

• Use Epic charting system

• OR scrubs provided by facility

• Free parking available

• Hurricane season emergency response team assignment possible from June through November

• Block schedule requests require manager approval based on unit needs

• Average 4 hours of non-billable modules required pre-start
