• 1. Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
• 2. Selects and utilizes appropriate technical factors for procedures in but not limited to the Neurointerventional (NIR Bi-Plane), based on body habits, pathology, and body parts.
• 3. Processes completed images making sure they are of interpretable quality.
• 4. Continues to develop professionalism through continuing education programs and in-services.
• 5. Complies with all policies of the system with the intention of delivering the highest quality of service.
• 6. Performs all Procedures examinations during scheduled hours and is available for call.
• 7. Work under the supervision and delegatory authority of a surgeon to facilitate the safe and effective conduct of invasive and non-invasive surgical procedures, ensuring that the operating room environment is safe, that equipment functions properly, and that the operative procedure is conducted under conditions that maximize patient safety.
• 8. Assists with draping the patient and establishing a sterile field.
• 9. Assist with patient positioning and prepping.
• 10. Assists in lifting, turning, positioning, and preparing patients for surgical procedures, using proper body mechanics.
• 11. Ensure the availability and preparedness of procedure rooms.
• 12. Participates in the surgical site and patient verification during the time out procedure.
• 13. Assists with cleaning of the room and room turnover.
• 14. Performs all other duties as assigned.
• 15. Full Time hours and Emergency call coverage as scheduled.
