The Certified Surgical Technician is responsible for assisting surgeons and other nursing staff in preparation and performance of surgical procedures by processing and furnishing sterile and non-sterile supplies, equipment and services for the care and treatment of patients.
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of Surgical technology or appropriate training program for surgical technology through the United States military or the United States Public Health System. Current CPR certification:
Certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting required or NCCT
- Graduate of an accredited school of Surgical technology or appropriate training program for surgical technology through the United States military or the United States Public Health System.
