As our Clinic Director
, you’ll balance hands‑on patient care with administrative leadership. You’ll oversee clinic operations, support and develop your team of providers, and ensure that every patient who walks through our doors experiences the highest standard of care.

• Provide high-quality physical therapy care to a diverse patient population.
• Oversee and mentor your team of PTs, PTAs, and support staff to promote clinical growth and consistency.
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations, scheduling, and productivity.
• Partner with administrative leadership to ensure financial, clinical, and operational goals are met.
• Cultivate a positive, patient-centered culture that aligns with Pro Motion’s mission and values.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active state PT license (or eligibility)
• Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred, but motivated clinicians ready to grow into leadership are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
• A genuine passion for improving lives — both for patients and your team
