Infusion Nurse

Overview

Salary: $90,000-$125,000 (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Onsite in Florence, SC

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm | Full-Time

Summary:

• As an Infusion Nurse, you’ll act as both a caregiver and a resource — ensuring safe, effective infusion treatment while educating patients and guiding care coordination.
• Providing direct infusion care and monitoring patients for complications
• Using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Coordinating closely with pharmacy staff on scheduling, drug delivery, and assessments
• Documenting care and maintaining communication with the wider care team
• Educating patients and families on therapy and equipment
• Consulting with prescribers and referral sources regarding infusion protocols
• Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Responding to on-call needs and managing occasional lab samples

• Active RN licensure in South Carolina
• 3+ years of infusion experience (hospital, outpatient, home health, or specialty clinic)
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Familiarity with IV therapy standards and infusion-related certifications (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
  Care Tend experience a plus
