Nealy Pierce has partnered with a Magnet designated non profit healthcare system to hire a Director of Accreditation to oversee Joint Commission readiness across its hospitals and outpatient sites. This role carries organization-wide visibility and works closely with executive leadership to ensure proactive survey readiness and regulatory excellence.
Responsibilities- Direct accreditation strategy across multiple hospitals and facilities
- Coordinate mock surveys and tracers
- Educate leaders on compliance standards
- Monitor readiness trends and resolve risk areas
- Current Joint Commission experience
- Master’s degree (preferably as an RN)
- Multi-site healthcare experience
- Proven leadership influence skills
