The role involves assisting new and existing employees with benefit programs during hire and open enrollment. Candidates should be experienced in Microsoft Office programs and familiar with Quick Books and Employee Navigator. Prior experience in insurance and retirement benefits enrollment is also preferred. This position requires passing a criminal background check and drug screen.
