Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented?
Project Engineer ?to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across various business functions. This role is ideal for candidates with a background working?
within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)?environment, where they have gained hands-on experience managing service delivery, client relationships, and technical project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing projects from initiation through completion.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Track project progress and generate regular status updates.
  • Support risk identification and mitigation planning.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards, compliance requirements, and quality expectations.
  • Participate in client onboarding, service delivery planning, and SLA management.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management or a related role.
  • Prior experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.

Technical Abilities:

  • Experience with networking and server administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Click Up, Jira, Smartsheet).
  • Understanding of IT service delivery, infrastructure, or operations.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
