- Strong business acumen with a customer‑centric mindset and excellent program management skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at various management levels
- Experience with generative AI tools for content creation and analysis
- Familiarity with Gainsight, LMS platforms, Highspot, Matik, and enterprise communications systems
- Experience designing learning experiences or onboarding programs
