What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead the design and implementation of Customer Success (CS) accreditation and onboarding processes
  • Develop and expand customer enablement content, including webinars and training materials
  • Manage the communications framework for the CS organization, ensuring consistency and clarity
  • Oversee change management strategies for process and tool updates within the CS team
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation and support frontline Customer Success Managers (CSMs)
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, or Program Management roles
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of professional experience in global organizations, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors
  • Strong business acumen with a customer‑centric mindset and excellent program management skills
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively at various management levels
  • Experience with generative AI tools for content creation and analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with Gainsight, LMS platforms, Highspot, Matik, and enterprise communications systems
  • Experience designing learning experiences or onboarding programs
