Responsibilities
- Build, image, configure, and test desktop and laptop computers.
- Install operating systems, drivers, and standard software packages.
- Prepare equipment for deployment, including asset tagging and labeling for lab placements.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues prior to deployment.
- Maintain a build room organization, cleanliness, and security.
- Assist with hardware refreshes, replacements, and decommissioning.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Interest in computer technology and work.
- IT Certification (CompTIA A+ or similar).
- Experience in computer imaging or hardware deployment.
- Prior experience in an IT support or technical role.
Work hours are 8:00 am - 1:00 pm M-F.
May occasionally assist with helpdesk calls.
