Responsibilities
- Lead a team of business analysts to support operational excellence
- Define and maintain standardized key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify trends and correlations for operational improvements
- Collaborate with various teams to develop best practices
- Drive performance against Operations Analytics team objectives
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence
- Strong knowledge of operational systems (WMS, TMS, etc.), tools, and data
- Experience owning and managing KPIs, financial performance
- Working understanding of supply chain or logistics processes
- Ability to translate complex datasets into clear visuals
- Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook, Power BI and/or Tableau
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with Python, R, DAX, or M (strongly preferred)
- Lean / Six Sigma certification
- Lean / Six Sigma
