Responsibilities
- Implement telehealth/telemedicine technologies across the McLeod Health organization.
- Coordinate and facilitate telehealth and conferencing sessions.
- Serve as a coordinator between clients and IT personnel for equipment use, problem resolution, and project evaluation.
- Participate in on‑call rotation schedule, including daily, after‑hours, and weekends, to provide round‑the‑clock client support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Five years of related work experience in information systems support.
- Experience in client‑server based technologies and personal computer technologies.
- Must be a team player with initiative, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.
- Minimum of five years of supporting information systems.
- Minimum of three years PC‑oriented experience including hardware and basic networking.
- Ability to design, support, and monitor telehealth hardware and software systems.
