Esports Arena Desk Assistant

Job Summary

The Esports Arena Desk Assistant at USC Upstate will be trained to assist with the daily operations of the Esports Arena & Gaming Lounge. The position enforces arena policy and code of conduct, provides guidance to club members and visitors, cleans arenas and computer stations, troubleshoots technical issues, responds to student inquiries, monitors student arena sign‑in and computer station usage, and offers arena tours.

• Sociable and amicable; able to greet and engage students and guests.
• Responsible and able to work independently, exercising good judgment.
• Enrolled at USC Upstate with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• Minimum GPA 2.5 (Bachelor) or 3.0 (Master).
• Good financial, academic, and disciplinary standing.

Preferred:
Prior or current involvement in Esports or knowledge of the video game industry, culture, and trends. Prior customer service experience, leadership opportunities, or volunteer work is also beneficial.
