Why This Role Matters

The Site Technology Implementation Specialist is a key player in delivering a patient‑first experience by ensuring technology deployments are accurate, on schedule, and aligned with company standards.

Job Summary

The specialist executes deployment, installation, and configuration of technology solutions across company sites—including new openings, relocations, expansions, and refresh initiatives—under the direction of the Manager, Site Technology and Implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute technology deployments for new site openings, relocations, and upgrades following established plans and standards.
  • Install, configure, and validate site technologies such as network equipment, workstations, laptops, printers, telephony, and peripheral devices.
  • Coordinate onsite activities—hardware staging, shipping, receiving, and installation—and perform readiness checks on infrastructure and connectivity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite technical implementation, coordinating with network, infrastructure, security, and support teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including circuit turn‑ups, installations, troubleshooting, and structured cabling coordination.
  • Lead pre‑go‑live validation, testing network performance, device functionality, user workstation readiness, and communication systems.
  • Document test results, issues, and remediation actions; maintain accurate records of deployments, asset tracking, and configuration.
  • Ensure all hardware and configurations meet security and compliance requirements.
  • Support post‑go‑live transition to IT operations, service desk, warranty support, and vendor follow‑ups.
Key Success Measures
  • Successful execution of site deployments with minimal defects.
  • On‑time completion of assigned implementation tasks.
  • Accuracy and completeness of site setup and configuration.
  • Reduction in post‑go‑live issues and support escalations.
  • Compliance with technology standards, documentation, and security requirements.
  • Positive feedback from site stakeholders and project teams.
Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
  • 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, desktop support, or hands‑on technology deployment roles.
  • Experience supporting multi‑site environments, office openings, or infrastructure rollouts.
  • Ability to travel frequently to company locations and implementation sites.
  • Strong hands‑on technical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and task execution capabilities.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work with both technical teams and business users.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to work independently in field environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with site technology implementations in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated environments.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, A+, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Service Now, Intune, SCCM, or similar deployment/management platforms.
  • Familiarity with low‑voltage systems, security systems, or building technology integrations.
Why LUX Infusion

  • Patient‑first, clinician‑led culture.
  • Supportive, collaborative teammates.
  • Opportunity to grow with a company building something meaningful.
