Position SummaryDo you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. You will also wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families.
When juggling several tasks, you will help members with their bakery orders and provide a smile that makes the difference between a good and a great shopping experience.
- Be a Team Member: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, help educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources, communicate effectively with the team, and be flexible to work in other areas as needed.
- Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future and mass productions, prepare for seasonality, adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; and demonstrate an understanding of product and layout execution.
- Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
- Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the area, manage expectations, stock and rotate merchandise, enforce quality and date control standards, eliminate waste, guide peers and provide attention to customer needs; assist customers in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club, model high‑quality service and products, execute the basics at the highest possible level of quality, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; apply the Open Door Policy in business processes.
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; and adapt to change, difficulties, and feedback.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must complete all required job trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.
- Food Service or Food Handler certification (Food Safety).

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00–$25.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
