Maintenance Worker
$15.50/hour; 40 hours/week

• High School diploma or GED

• Valid South Carolina driver’s license

The Maintenance Worker performs general grounds maintenance activities such as mowing, weeding, mulching, weed eating, pruning, raking, and cleaning. Must be able to clean streets and curbsides to clear away accumulated debris as well as collect refuse and trash at City facilities and properties Must be able to operate mowers, tractors, utility trucks, and other power tools and perform basic preventive maintenance and repairs to equipment.

Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions such as extreme heat and cold, rain, noise, wind, and pollen. Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
