General Cleaners are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all assigned areas, performing any combination of cleaning duties to uphold daily facility upkeep.

• Sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, carpet extraction
• Floor stripping, waxing, and polishing outside areas within 10 feet of entryways
• Trash removal, recycling, restroom and locker room cleaning and sanitizing
• Window washing, snow and ice removal, and cleaning of desks, walls, furniture, doors, glass, countertops, chalkboards, whiteboards, blinds, and light fixtures
• Other duties as directed by the custodial supervisor or designated representative

• Excellent work history
• Team‑focused approach with ability to work with others and take direction
• Physically demanding, fast‑paced environment requiring efficient, detail‑oriented work
• Reliable transportation
• Background check required

• High school degree preferred but not required
• Previous cleaning experience a plus

Physical requirements include reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently or 50 pounds occasionally, extended walking and standing, and working in extreme temperatures from hot to cold.
