Part-Time Sales Associate; Florence, SC

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a fun, low stress job with a variety of duties. Self-Storage or Real Estate experience is not necessary to apply.

• Work inside the leasing office helping customers and outside on the storage site keeping the storage facility clean & neat for all tenants.
• Perform office duties vst of keeping the office open during office hours, answering the phone, collecting rental payments, and leasing self-storage units.
• Perform outside duties: sweeping out storage units when tenants move outEO; picking up small trash on the lot; and keeping the common areas of the storage facility clean & neat.
• Advance potential within a highly successful and growing real estate company.

• Part Time Position
• Up to 29 hours per week
• Competitive hourly rate of pay & pay differential for weekends & holidays (company observed)
• $15.00 per lease bonus commission

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Must own reliable transportation
• Must have a valid and maintain State Driver’s License
• Background & Driving Record Check, Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Physical Required

The location will be at our Ample Storage facilities at 2601 S Irby Street, Florence, SC 29505
