Senior Manager, Risk

We are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead enterprise-wide risk management across our organization. As the Senior Manager, Risk
, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of risk across operational, market, credit, technology, and corporate governance, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and fostering a culture of risk awareness across all business functions.

• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies and oversee execution across operational, market, credit, and technology risk domains.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g. SC, BURSA, and relevant regulators), monitor changes and ensure policies remain compliant and up-to-date.
• Prepare and deliver risk analytics, dashboards, and reports to provide visibility of the organisation’s risk profile and support informed decision‑making.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and board members, on all risk‑related matters.
• Foster a strong risk culture through training, awareness initiatives, and stakeholder engagement across all levels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in risk management, internal controls, or a related field – preferably within the stockbroking industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, IT risk standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to anticipate potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
