This does include a take home vehicle to travel from and to work and job sites.

• Oversee daily operations of mitigation projects, ensuring timely and quality service delivery in the field.
• Manage and train a team of technicians, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Conduct on‑site assessments to determine the scope of work and develop action plans in the field.
• Maintain communication with clients, insurance agents, and team members throughout the process.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce company policies and safety procedures on all job sites.
• Utilize industry‑specific software for project management and reporting.
• Assist with business development efforts to grow the mitigation division.

• Proven experience in disaster restoration or related field, with management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of water, fire, and mold mitigation processes and techniques.
• Valid IICRC certifications in water damage restoration and mold remediation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on‑call shifts as needed.
