Production Manager /Sr. Manager– Agrochemical Technicals

LOCATION: Chopanki, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

QUALIFICATION: B. SC/M. SC /B. Tech/Ph.D. (Agriculture / Chemistry/ Biotech) or similar.

EXPERIENCE: 8+ Years

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Should have more than 8+ years of experience in commercial production for Agrochemical Technical.
- Demonstration to production team and technology transfer to manufacturing with team.
- Technology Transfer of products.
- Troubleshooting for streamlined production and quality improvement/cost reduction of products.
- Initiate technology transfer innovations resulting in the development of new products to support technical & marketing programs to deliver customer satisfaction and achieve company’s business goals.
- Responsible for all technical aspects of new product development, product line extension, and technical improvement projects.
- Review, monitor, and evaluate all technical improvement activities.
- Preparation and implementation of MOC (Management of Change) for the improvement of productivity as well as cost-effectiveness.
- Planning and organizing research activities and resolving procedural problems for timely execution.
- Ensuring the implementation of the developed process when it goes for scale-up or commercialization with available resources and infrastructure.
- Preparation of SOP for newly developed systems or operations.
- Successfully transfer many technical product technologies in different technical plants.
- Transfer new technologies, products, and manufacturing processes to the production team.
- Responsible for conducting batches in Kilo lab, Pilot plant, and scale-up at commercial scale.
- Handled all regulatory requirements of molecules related to CIB-RC registration.
- Synthesis of agrochemical, optimization & scale-up, cost reduction, support to plant for production, process write-up, communication with customers for technical support, literature search (Journal and Patents) using relevant sources.

PREFERRED INDUSTRY: Agri inputs (Agrochem/Fertilizers/Pesticides)
