As an Assembler
, your mission is to perform assembly of products by following established processes to ensure Safety
, Quality
, and Takt time
.

You will:

  • Utilize work instructions to perform mechanical and/or electrical assemblies for various products like compressors, generators, pumps, or medical equipment.
  • Follow all quality checkpoints identified for the operation and complete them before sending the machine to the next stage.
  • Ask for help when needed to ensure first-time right from the Line lead or supervisor.
  • Use only the correct tools identified for the job to ensure first-time right.
  • Support 5S initiatives to keep the workplace neat, clean, and safe. You are the owner of your workstation.
  • Support rework and repair for line machines when needed.
  • Interact on time, with transparency and commitment with colleagues and managers.
  • Maintain respectful and polite relationships with all contacts.
  • Use all necessary safety PPEs required for the assigned job.
  • Promote Group Core values:

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • To succeed, you will need:

    • Associate degree in a technical field or relevant experience.
    • Assembler I - 0–1-year experience (Min).
    • Hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical assembly.
    • Knowledge of assembly and testing processes of air compressors, generators, pumps, or medical equipment is a plus.
    • Experience in operating tools, pneumatic, DC, alignment, and assembly equipment.
    • Respect and actively contribute to SHE procedures (Safety, Health, Environment).
    • Operating knowledge of systems and basic computer operation.
    • Fluent in English.
