Welder Millwright
We are seeking a skilled Welder / Millwright to join our maintenance team. This role is responsible for welding, fabrication, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, welding expertise, and experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform welding and fabrication using MIG, TIG, and Stick processes
- Install, align, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment such as conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and structural components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and make timely repairs to minimize downtime
- Use precision tools for alignment, measurement, and layout
- Operate hand tools, power tools, cutting equipment, and lifting devices safely
- Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects and maintenance tasks

- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school preferred
- Proven experience as a Welder, Millwright, or similar industrial maintenance role
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Experience with industrial equipment, machinery installation, and repair
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or on-call as needed
- Millwright certification or welding certifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial setting
- Experience with rigging, alignment, and precision measurement
